My takeaway:

I love this program! The food part is easy, in fact, the whole thing is easy. My diet consisted of whole foods (fruits, veggies, healthy fats, and whole grains) along with two Super Greens shakes, and dinner in the evening. I was NEVER hungry. I did not have anything packaged or processed the entire time and have no cravings for any of it!

After the 30-days I experienced:

·      Less inflammation and more energy= easier/better workouts

·      Better sleep

·      Huge difference in digestion= less bloating

·      Weight loss (on the scale and INCHES off my body)

·      Better focus and attention
